Moroccan-Inspired Chicken Tagine with Chinese Noodles

Ingredients: 1.5 pounds  boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 tablespoon  olive oil 1 large onion , chopped 2 cloves garlic , minced 1 teaspoon  ground ginger 1 teaspoon  ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon  cayenne pepper (optional) 1/2 cup  chicken broth 1/4 cup  dried apricots, chopped 1/4 cup  raisins 1/4 cup  slivered almonds Salt and pepper  to taste 1 package  (8 ounces) Chinese egg noodles, cooked according to package directions Instructions: Brown the chicken:  Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
